Meet the Team

Meet some of the team behind Denleigh; an SME with a huge passion for what we do. Our team brings together a wealth of knowledge and experience, combined with a strong desire to help clients achieve their project's vision.

A founder member of the team, John provides leadership and strategic direction for the business whilst meeting customer needs through the provision of consultative advice and account management. John is a family man who loves cooking and spending time with his children.

Karl Pearce -  HEAD OF DENDURA

Karl came on board in 2020 to head up our Dendura doors sales department. He works closely with developers, architects and design & build companies to support their mid to high-end property developments. Karl has a keen interest in current affairs & politics and at weekends can be found embarking on various DIY projects.

Renny helps ensure high customer satisfaction by  project managing customer door orders, ensuring they are manufactured and shipped on time. She's joined the team following a successful career in project management in the corporate world, and has a passion for designer doors.

Rufus oversees our ironmongery projects to ensue we schedule and specify correctly while working within clients needs and budgets. He also works with the doors team where technical ironmongery queries arise. Rufus would never say no to a session of cricket and loves getting out to the quieter parts of the countryside and coastline to explore.

Annalie Steedman -  ESTIMATING

The youngest member of our team, Annalie excels in her estimating role, using her talent for accuracy and detail to deliver an efficient turnaround of quotes and schedules to meet customer needs. In her free-time she loves the creativity of painting and also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tom loves putting the customer first, and providing them with a  frictionless experience by delivering exactly what has called off when they want it. In his spare time he loves DIYing, keeping the garden tidy and being with the family. Also loves banana flavoured food & drinks!

Katrina Godwin -   FINANCE MANAGER

Katrina is our super efficient Finance Manager who looks after our accounts payable and makes sure our lovely clients pay us on time. She's really lovely too though, we promise! Outside of work Katrina loves spending time with her family and going for walks at the beach with her dogs Murphy and Maisie.

Chris manages the dispatch and warehouse functions, maintaining an accurate stock profile to fulfil customer needs, whilst ensuring a safe operating environment in and around the warehouse. Outside work he enjoys drawing, gaming and spending time with family.

Nat Diffey -  DIRECTOR

Nat leads the marketing and finance teams at Denleigh to help achieve the company's plans for growth and particularly enjoys the creativity and reward of marketing. Married with three children, Nat is kept well occupied out of hours but when he gets a spare moment loves relaxing in the country or visiting the capital.

Mark heads up Business Development at Denleigh to nurture client relationships from initial engagement through to order fulfilment. Mark particularly enjoys a consultative journey, being seen as a trusted adviser rather than just a salesperson. As a family man with five children, free time is in short supply, but in what little time he does have, Mark is a sports fan, particularly football and boxing.
