Door Ironmongery Package

Following a competitive bid process, Denleigh was chosen to supply the internal door ironmongery package for this development, meeting the needs of the luxury residential units. Our considerable expertise in the provision of ironmongery of luxury developments was leveraged to help support the contractor throughout the fulfillment process leading to a highly satisfied client.

“We used Denleigh on a 265-unit residential new build and were very impressed with the quality of service overall; aspects including but not limited to the punctuality of deliveries, quality of products and the positive attitude towards assisting us with any issues or queries that we had.” QS of main contractor to Royal Mint Gardens

Working with the contractor, we identified the right mix of products required to fulfil the design and functional needs of these stylish apartments; the final package consisting of some 8,000 individual items. The straight door handle on round rose in satin stainless steel with matching escutcheons and bathroom turn and release provided an understated but quality feel to the doors and were supplied with hardware in a matching finish; from locks and latches to hinges and door closers. Our Denkohr range provided every conceivable item of hardware needed for doors to function safely and securely.

Effective project management is vital on a project of this size and scope, so our ironmongery team was on hand from initial quotation to point of installation to ensure the contractor was supported throughout and timed deliveries by apartment number arrived as scheduled.

Denleigh continues to make a name for itself supporting projects such as Royal Mint Gardens and has become a supplier of choice with many leading residential building developers and contractors. Our quality range, attention to detail and focus on service helps define us as the name to trust in the field of architectural ironmongery and bespoke internal doors.
