Denleigh supplied architectural ironmongery for a number of phases of this unique development which is built on a historic estate dating back to 1785.  This included Gamekeepers Lodge.  The Dairy, The Glade, Walled Garden, Pavilion and Steuart Court.

From the outset we worked closely with the developer to identify the right product mix to suit each phase, which consists a mix of contemporary and traditional properties. Our experienced ironmongery team prepared detailed ironmongery schedules with deliveries by plot number to maximise installation efficiency.

Contemporary Door Handles

Denleigh sourced a contemporary handle design with an understated flat faced lever set on a round rose. Finished in Satin Stainless Steel, these handles provide a modern twist to the classic door design. Ironmongery and hardware in a matching finish was supplied alongside the door handles, ensuring consistent aesthetics.

From bathroom turn and release, to lock sets, latch plates, hinges, door stops and slide bolts, we supplied hundreds of ironmongery items to fulfil all the needs of this project. This also included items for the safe operation of fire doors including intumescent, fire rated hinges, locks and signage. Door closers from our range were supplied in a variety of power ratings, depending on the location of the door. In addition to door hardware, we also supplied cupboard ironmongery including flush pulls, hanging rail and sliding door track.
